Al was a very kind and gentle man. I had him as a teacher for a class at Wascana School and to this day I still have the cross I made in his class hanging from the mirror in my vehicle all these years later. Condolences to all of Al’s family. God Bless.

Al will be fondly remembered by all Wal-Mart Alumni for his vast knowledge of plants and gardening expertise. never a day went by when Al would meet and greet all customers/friends/co-workers and not only help/assist them in what they were striving to achieve but also put a light-hearted spin on their day with a joke and/or funny story. I had the pleasure of being one of Mr.Johnson's many students at Wascana School back in the late 70's. I would bump into him from time to time and loved his warmth and compassionate nature he always had. Condolences to all of his family at this sad time.
