My condolences to Liberty and family on your loss. I had the privilege of meeting and working with Trent during his many and successful years as Executive Chef at the Saskatchewan Legislature. We worked together with his Board on strategic planning and it was his leadership that lead that organization to success for over 20 years. His culinary skills were amazing. I recall his early successes, his excitement and most importantly his humility and kindness.
