Dear Josie, Helen, Jim and Denise,
Cousin Sandra told me about Michael's passing on. I know that you are all together in Regina now, with Mike 's kids, and I hope that you are finding comfort in each other's presence, telling stories, and laughing as well as crying. It's been so long since I last Michael, but that was a good visit- he took me out to the university to see you, Josie, remember? He was a lovely host, and it felt comfortable being with him, even though it had been years since I'd seen him. Family is like that. My dad was always so happy to hear from him, and see him and Josie when you were in Ontario. ( As he was to see you and Denise, Jim. ) My thoughts are with you all. Please express my sympathy to the rest of the family. It's hard to lose a dad and grandpa. And a brother. Josie, I hope that your work and your family, friends, and neighbours will help you through the days ahead. Love, Lindy
