Glenn, Leora, Jeff and Terra and families,
My condolences on the loss of a beautiful lady. She was someone I admired greatly. She had the strength to carry on after so much loss in her life, with one of those times being a single Mom to 3 youngsters. She aged ‘fiercely’—always full of fun and trying new things, while at the same time keeping current with the younger generations. She had such a big heart.
I will always remember those trips to Casino Regina, her visits to Edmonton, the family reunions, and the Briers. She was never shy of going to the BrierPatch, even in her 80’s, where she would split a beer with me.
Even though she will be missed, she was a good model for us on how to live life to the fullest and how to age with vitality.
RIP Aunt Dorothy. She’s probably having a good card game with the Edenwold ladies right now.
