Dear Betty, Donna a family. Have fond memories of your mom and dad when we lived next to them. Your mom made the best buns, and your dad and his pipe. We had the pleasure of visiting with your mom a few years ago. Just saw her obit now. Our sympathies to all. Bill and Loretta Hassler
We have many fond memories of our beloved Aunt Mary. One in particular at Easter. My dad, John, and my husband, Bryan, during a visit at their home, harassed Aunt Mary about not having any raisin pie, which she was famous for. We left her and went to our daughter's home, where we staying. Shortly thereafter, the phone rang. Aunt Mary said, come and get your pies - they're ready! Talk about being shamed for the pie!! They of course loved it! Just one of many stories of how wonderful she was!
