TRIBUTE TO A CHAMPION
My great friend, Francis. I had the pleasure of working with you over the last few years, exposing government corruption in the Regina Bypass Land Scandal. You have been a courageous advocate on behalf of those who suffer from injustice and oppression. Your generous spirit and gift of encouragement have been a blessing to many in their time of need. You have touched lives with your gentle words and your willingness to listen. Make no mistake, while you possess a gracious and open heart, you also have no tolerance for any bully. You have long stood in the breach between those elite who manipulate their power and influence to abuse the public trust and the taxpayers who have been victimized by their profiteering schemes.
Francis has been with us near the beginning of our fight for answers of accountability from our local officials. He has helped form the Highway Robbery action group and spent countless hours in research and documentation to amass a library of evidence to support our claims. Your courageous stand has cost you dearly. To the faithful like Russell, we dedicate the upcoming book, Highway Robbery: The Regina Bypass Land Scandal. It remains our hope that the love of power will be overcome by the power of love.
Francis, you are a true champion. Thank you so much for everything! You will remain in our hearts forever. You will surely be missed.
