Obituary of Donald John Goldsmith

Don Goldsmith joyfully went to be with his Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ in the early morning hours of Saturday, February 5, 2022. He passed due to a restriction of oxygen caused by COPD which he had been struggling with for several years. Don, being born again, was not afraid. He knew that being “born again” meant repenting for your sins and accepting Jesus into your heart as your personal Lord and Saviour, that according to Gods promise he would live in Heaven for all eternity. That is our hope. Without that hope we have nothing. Don was predeceased by his mom and dad, Mary and John; sisters Mable, Sadie and Jean; and brothers Bill and Jim. 

Don is survived by his wife Marlene; children Dean (Michelle) and Charlene (Keith); grandchildren Ryan (Meagan), Logan (Danyelle), and Alyssa (Kevin); As well his three great grandchildren Lachlan, Ronan and Titus. He is also survived by his siblings, Eileen, Ruth, Merle and George; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Regina Victory Church, 320 Maxwell Crescent, Regina, SK.
