To Clint, Shirley and familes,
Please accept our condolences on the loss of your mother and grandmother. We met Noreen when she was John Franko's companion later in life. Her spirit of adventure and love of travel were a good match for John and they shared many trips together. We were sad when Noreen decided to remain in Kipling permenantly to support her granddaughter. Noreen and John would talk on the phone every day, until John's health began to fail him. She lived a full life and we are honored to have known her for a short period of it. Joanne Franko and Tim Ouellette
I remember Mrs. Kimery so fondly as my Grade 2 and 3 teacher. She had a great sense of humour, inspired curiosity in her students, and was incredibly kind and thoughtful - I still remember many of the activities we did all those years ago and she definitely contributed to who I am as a person today. I am so grateful to her as a person, a teacher, and a respected person in the community, and send my heartfelt thoughts to the family as they celebrate her life.
My deepest condolences to Clint, Shirley and your families. I have many fond memories of Noreen as both a teacher and a dear friend to Mom and Dad. Thinking of all of you and hoping all the wonderful memories you've shared helps to carry you through this difficult time.
Dear Clint, Shirley and families,
Deepest sympathy to you in the loss of your mother. She was such a lovely lady and a gifted teacher. She taught our youngest daughter in Grade 2, inspired her to read over 100 books and left a lasting impression. Enjoyed playing bridge with her at the Friendship Centre and many good visits. So sorry Covid halted the celebrations planned for her 95th birthday.

I had the privilege of teaching “next door” to Noreen at Kipling School. Her tireless teaching methods were ahead of the times. She gave so much, not only to her students, but also to beginning teachers like me. Noreen was well respected in the community throughout her life. Sincere sympathy to her family.
