I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of Pat. I met Pat back when I was working at TRIMAC Transport. I was doing mechanics and welding and he was "The" Tire Man. Hard working good guy.I would always run into Pat all over the place. We would start chattin' about old times and all the old people from the past. Very nice man. He will be sadly missed. Condolences.

Laura, Kevin and extended family. We are so very sorry and saddened to hear of Pat's passing. Pat taught me how to change tires back in the 70's, then he met you, then along came Kevin. You guy's were like a shining star at night and the morning sunrise during the day. Always smiling. I will never forget that. God bless and our sincerest condolences.

Dear Laura and Kevin.
I was saddened to hear of Pat's passing. We miss his smiling face as he greeted us on Sunday mornings ushering at church. Life here on earth is so short but thank God we have the promise of eternal life with Jesus. We will see Pat again. You will be in my prayers as you adjust to life without your husband and Father.

My wife and I are deeply saddened by the loss of Pat. Our paths crossed via their son, Kevin, and of course, through a shared love of hockey. I cannot recall a single time during the 16 years I’ve known Pat, when he didn’t have a smile on his face, nor a time when he didn’t share his hearty laugh. For years, they were a constant like the North Star at Pats games. I’d often look in their direction from wherever I happened to be sitting, to see if the Shaws were in attendance (they always were). I will definitely miss seeing this gentleman out and about - especially at the rink. My sincerest condolences to Kevin and Laura.

I met Pat and his family through the coffee group at the Southland Mall. Pat, Kevin and I along with Laura who came along later spent happy hours sitting in the shade with their puppy Brix who quickly became the Southland Mall Mascot. His spirit was always positive with grateful praise for the Lord and he touched many lives through his work, music and friendships. He was indeed kind, caring and compassionate and I add courageous since it is just a few short months since his diagnosis. He will be missed but not forgotten and his legacy of Singalong with Laura and Pat brightened and touched so many lives. Go Pats Go.
