Obituary of Shayne Blakney Turner

Our beloved Shayne Blakney Turner was called home by God on Monday, November 8, 2021 in Regina, SK. Shayne’s life was cut short at the age of 31, however his sudden passing has his family at peace knowing he has walked gracefully through the gates of Heaven to reunite with his grandma Bonnie Mae Gamble. He leaves behind to love and miss him for a lifetime, his two beautiful children Korvyn Turner (6) and Aubrianna Turner (5); parents Terri-lynn and Darren; siblings Justin (Alicia), Travis and Ashley; nieces Taya, Mya, Nevaeh and Blakney; nephews Teyson and Gabriel; uncle Jim; and friends who adored him immensely.

Shayne was our sun and moon, and the stars never stood a chance when it came to the light and brightness of who he was. He had a love of family orientation, sports, food (especially ice cream), being goofy, clowning around and making people laugh. Shayne was selfless, graceful, kind and his heart was too big for this world. There was no denying he was an extraordinary father, son, brother, friend and mama’s boy. Shayne will remain forever young and may angels lead him to Heaven.

A viewing will be held to say our goodbyes to Shayne is from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Paragon Funeral Services, 521 Victoria Avenue, Regina, SK.  A Celebration of Shayne’s Life will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Paragon Funeral Services.  Shayne will be laid to rest with his grandma Bonnie in Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery.
