Obituary of Shirley Marlene Jacquin

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, mentor, confidante, and friend, Shirley Marlene Jacquin.  Shirley passed peacefully on Thursday, September 23, 2021, surrounded by family.  She was predeceased by the father of her children, Andre Roger Jacquin; parents Lucy and James; and siblings Frank, Jean, Vicky, Albert, Rose, Lorraine, and Lill.  Shirley is survived by her daughter Nicolette Jacquin; grandchildren Joran (Nicole) Sacchetti, Rhea (Jay) Lucyk, Tanis (Josh) Lawrence and Jaimin; and great-grandchildren Connor, Jayce, Luna, Caleb, and Laiklyn.  She is also survived by son Steven (Anne) Jacquin; and grandchildren Trefor and Brandon.  Shirley enjoyed a wonderful career as a program admin assistant at SIAST spanning several years and topped off retirement with many happy hours of service with the CWL.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Ward, Regina Pasqua Hospital.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:30 p.m. CST on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Resurrection Roman Catholic Parish, 3155 Windsor Park Rd., Regina, SK.
