Obituary of Don Phillips

Sadly, Donald Phillips passed away in mid-August at the age of 71. He lived every day with a quiet determination and an unwavering positive attitude.

Don was born in Indian Head and called Regina home for most of his life. Educated in Regina and Saskatoon, he worked for SGI for his entire professional career. He made many lifelong friends and memories there.

Don enjoyed many activities over the years including curling, bicycling, golf, football games, game nights and volunteering. He enjoyed summer vacations and sunsets at Birch Bay. Some of his fondest memories are family gatherings where he would sit back and enjoy the company. Don had a quiet sense of humour and always had a quip or funny joke to add at the right time.

Don was always grateful for the love and support given to him from family and friends. He left us with many happy memories, which we are truly grateful for. “See you later” – Don.
