Dearest Steven and Family,
Our deepest condolences on the passing of our very special and unforgettable sister and sister in law, Temple. Bill and I are struck with grief and send our thoughts and prayers to ease your feeling of irreparable loss.
No words can express our pain. The world will not be the same without her. Temple’s humor, generosity and kindness will be cherished by us forever. We remember her blue eyes that emanated attentiveness and happiness. Where Temple was, jolly and meaningful conversations happened, delicious food was served, and laughter followed.
We were extremely lucky to host Temple here in Antigua, Guatemala. We traveled to far away places to visit ruins, volcanoes, beautiful resorts and for the remaining time just enjoy conversations, our garden, views and delicious, fresh Guatemalan fruits.
Then, every summer, we were looking forward to visit Temple in Regina. What a marvelous and relaxing time it was for us. Getting up late, drinking many cups of coffee and picking up the conversations from the previous day. We always ended our visits with “ See you next year, dear Temple. “
Meantime, Temple and Bill talked on the phone EVERY DAY, discussing politics from A to Z and comparing their opinions. And the world provided lots of new happenings…
So, our Dearest Temple, there will be no more visits to Regina for us, no more morning calls and conversations in real time, but we are sure that The Lord welcomed you with open arms. Taking in consideration your expertise in world’s events, your intelligence and thoughtfulness you could advise The Great One to better the world and end that nasty Corona virus. Bill and I will join you one day, but until that moment our beloved sister, RIP.
Bernadette and Bill
