Obituary of Gloria Jean Froh

With profound sadness and broken hearts we announce the passing of our Wife, Mother, Gramma, Sister and Treasured Friend, Gloria Jean Froh (nee: Holt). Gloria was born June 11, 1948, and went to her eternal home in Heaven on August 11, 2019 at the age of 71.

Gloria leaves us with so much love and many life lessons. Her husband of 51 years, Bob; daughter Jaclyn (who she called Jack); son Kregg (Andrea); best granddaughter ever Brit; and cherished pups Boo, Bear (admitted favourite when she wasn’t supposed to have a favourite), and Gracie; all miss her beyond words.

She was born 3rd daughter to Jack and Mac Holt and was sister to Dorothy (Harvey), Junne Anne and Brenda (Jim).

Gloria had a great sense of humour, so many words of wisdom, a listening ear and a heart of gold. She was a wonderful cook, delicious baker and she really loved scratching those lottery tickets. Thanks for all the treasured memories!

We will choose to turn our pain into power and our hurt into healing because love never dies!

Special thank you to Regina Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit nurses, especially Maria and Donna, who always went above and beyond - you are precious angels.  Also special thanks to Brenda, Jim, Linda, Rick, Wayne, Natasha and Tudor Place for all the love and support you have given us. Your kindness and caring hearts meant so much to Glo and will forever mean so much to us as we try our best to move forward with a huge piece of us missing.
