Obituary of Arthur Thomas Watetch

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Art Watetch passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Sunday, August 4, 2019. He was predeceased by his loving parents Alec and Agatha Watetch (nee Pascal); 3 siblings in infancy; sisters Madeline, Connie and Barbie; brother Walter; granddaughter Tani Mari; great granddaughter Kylee; great grandsons Thomas and Tobi. Art’s memory will be cherished by his loving wife Donna Watetch (nee Myran); children Jacqueline, Ashley (Tanya), Treena (Kevin), Jeff, Crystal (Cory), Melissa (David), Matthew, Agatha (Shane), Big Ricky, Judy Emma, Dwayne and Sheldon; 23 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; sisters Loretta and Marlene; brother Wally; special relatives Ivy, Gordon, Blair and Sam; as well as many caring in-law’s from Manitoba. Wake will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 9, 2019 at Piapot Community Hall, Piapot First Nation, SK. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2019 from the same location with Elder’s officiating. Interment will follow in the Watetch Family Cemetery, Piapot First Nation, SK.
