Obituary of Martha Olga Kabay

Martha Olga Kabay passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 2, 2019 at the age of 82 years. Martha was predeceased by her parents Steve and Dora Kowal and her late husband Paul. Martha is survived and will be lovingly remembered by her children: Sr. Yvonne Kabay (ON); Keith (Susan) and children Jordan, Brandon; Kelvin and children Kenny (Brandy), Crystal, Kyle (daughter Harper and mother Tayler); Kelly; Yvette (Jeff) and children Tyler, Nikki; Kevin (Elaine) and children Bryce, Mitcheal, Sayge, Ramzey; her sisters Anne, Mary, Sylvia (Orest) and Donna (Mike); nephews, nieces and relatives in the Ukraine. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed. Prayers will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 8, 2019 at St. Athanasius Ukrainian Catholic Church, 55 McMurchy Ave., Regina, SK. Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 9, 2019 from the same location with Fr. Vashyl Tymishak as Celebrant. Special thanks to the caregivers and Pasqua Hospital and those that cared for Martha at Extendicare Parkside. In lieu of flowers, donations in Martha’s memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Alzheimer’s Association.
