Obituary of George Thomas Madeley

It is with heavy hearts that our family announces the passing of George Thomas Madeley of Regina, on Sunday, May 5, 2019 at the age of 83.  George was one of eleven children born to Annie and Herbert Madeley of Indian Head, Saskatchewan.    George leaves to cherish his memory, his sisters; Ethel (Art) Reynard, Irene (Gerry) Marche, Jean (Keith) Ward, Joan (Harvey) Curts; his brothers, Herb, Ivan, Bob and Al (Mary); his sister-in-law, Alice Reynard and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  He was predeceased by his parents, brother Ed, sister, Isabella and brother-in-law, Allan Reynard. A Celebration of George’s Life will be held at First Presbyterian Church, 2170 Albert Street, Regina on Friday, June 14, 2019 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  In addition to being a dedicated walker, George was a devoted member of his church.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, 2170 Albert Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2T9.  The family would like to thank the staff at the Pasqua Hospital for their compassionate care during George’s last days.  Online messages of condolence may be left at www.paragonfuneralservices.com
