Obituary of Irene Mary Folk

Irene Folk, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on March 27, 2019. Irene will be lovingly remembered by her sons Wayne and Bryan (Margaret); daughter Marlene; brothers Andy (Arlene) and Bob; sisters Judy and Elsie; grandchildren Christine (Jay), Nicole, Danielle (Sean), Breanne (Branden); great grandchildren Hannah, Jennah, Elaina, Lydia, Caitlyn, Ethan, Nevaeh, TJ and Tessa and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Irene is predeceased by her husband Joseph; parents Kasper and Anne Marcia and brother John. Irene was born in Regina, SK where she met Joe and married him in October 1950. She was passionate about her family, her friends and life. Irene will be remembered for her generosity, love and kindness to everyone. We will never forget her heartwarming smile. We are grateful for having known and loved her, and she will be forever missed. A private family service was held. In lieu of flowers please make a memorial donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
