It is with great sorrow that we share that Rachel Ella Martin Balfour, beloved daughter of Heather and Jim Balfour, treasured sister of Taylor, granddaughter of Walter and Jean Martin and Ella Balfour, passed away in Edmonton on February 5, 2019. A Celebration of Rachel’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave, Regina with Rev. Russell Mitchell-Walker officiating. Should you wish to make a donation in honour of Rachel’s memory, please consider the United Way Regina or the Regina Humane Society.
