Laurence passed away on January 7, 2019. He was predeceased by his wife Francis (nee O’Connor); step daughter Marjorie (Danny) Banman; parents Harold and Hazel; brother Alvin; brother in law John Sharp. Laurence is survived by and will be sadly missed by his son Murray (Jane) Achen; grandchildren Chris Achen, Shalon (Chris) Kwas; great grandchildren Alexa and Caden Kwas, Beckett Achen; sister Bernice Sharp and family, Robert (Jean) Keys and family. Family graveside interment will be held at Balcarres Cemetery. Special thank you to all the staff on the Veterans Ward of Wascana Rehab for their care and compassion as well as to his friend Margaret for all her visits. Goodbyes are not forever, are not the end; it simply means, I’ll miss you until we meet again.
