“WILLIE”

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Willie who left this world peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at the age of 80. Willie will be remembered by her caring children Linda (Abe), Doug (Lynn), Fay (Larry), Cathy (Darcy), Cindy (Kam); Grandchildren, Steve, Lynsey, Tanelle {predeceased} (Craig), Devan, Jon, Nichole, Natalia (Adam), Nylissa, Carissa (Collin), Michelle, Nikal, Desmond, Angela (Ray), Chris (Christina); numerous Great Grandchildren, relatives, extended family and friends. After Willie raised her children she returned to work, spending many years working for the Regina Health Region where she made many lifelong friends. She was an active volunteer in multiple organizations, loved gardening, travelling, music, curling and was an avid Rider fan. Her ultimate passion was her family, friends and the unofficial adopted family members she brought into her fold. We are going to miss this very warm, wonderful, thoughtful lady, she was gold to all of us who had the privilege of knowing her. A special thank you to all the Pasqua Hospital and William Booth staff that assisted our family through this difficult journey. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 10, 2018 at Broadway United Church (in the lower hall), 105 Broadway Ave., Regina, SK.
