We had to say "Good Bye" to our beautiful Sister -in-law Sheila, this week. We feel so sad that she is no longer with us, but also great relief that she is free from the debilitating disease of dementia. She has been loved by our family for more than 70 plus years, and was thought of as more of a Sister and friend,by all of us.
Sheila lived by the golden rule, and was simply the sweetest most genuine person, you could ever know. Always friendly, kind, welcoming, interested in what others were doing. She led by example , as a Wife, Mother, Grandmother, family member, and friend, which is evident in the love, respect and support, she received her entire life from her Husband, Children, and close friends. We will remember the wonderful visits, out on the deck, the house full of music, how she knew the words of the songs, and loved to sing Welsh hymns. Her humour and laugh, and just so many things that made her special. She left us with such good memories. Love, Charlotte and Obie. xx
