To Frances and the Gerlach family.
My wife Linda joins me in offering you our deepest sympathy in the recent passing of my friend Harvey. Harvey was a person of integrity who always believed in and supported me personally, during his term as Director of Labour Standards, Government of Saskatchewan.
During our numerous chats, which we both really enjoyed, Harvey always referred to me as "Sir David" as we discussed and solved the many problems of the world.
Harvey was always so very proud of his family. He will be missed by all those who knew him.
