Our deepest sympathy to Art, Doreen, Carol and extended family for the loss of Arlen. Arlen lived in Oxford Manor for many years and was a friend to everyone. He will be missed by the tenants on the 3rd floor and the kindness he has shown to all the tenants here should inspire all of us to do the same.
