SCOTT, “Ed” (Harold Edward)

It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Ed on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the age of 82 years. Left to cherish his memory is his daughter Loralee “Lori” (Randy) and two grandsons, Matthew and Joshua Fichter who were his pride and joy. Ed also leaves to mourn many close relatives, life-long friends and caring neighbours. Ed will always be remembered for his strong character, loyalty, honesty and devotion to his family. Ed was a man of his word and always made time for those around him whether it was a helping hand, words of advice or just a visit and a cup of coffee. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 49 years, Gladys, in 2007; parents Charles and Helen Scott, Smiths Falls, ONT; brothers Lorne Scott, Smiths Falls, ONT, Charlie Scott, Powell River, BC, Earl Scott, Powell River BC; sisters Waunita Holbrook, Smiths Falls, ONT, Barbara Clarke, Smiths Falls, ONT and Patricia Anderson, Winnipeg, MB. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave., Regina SK with Reverend Jim Balfour officiating.
