Obituary of Mary Krakalovich

Mary Krakalovich May 22, 1929 – Ukraine (Raised in Pelly, SK) March 28, 2017 – Regina, Saskatchewan Mary Krakalovich, beloved wife of the late Peter Krakalovich of Regina, passed away on March 28, 2017 at the age of 87 years. Mary is survived by her two children, Larry (Judy) and Sandra (Gary); four grandchildren, Dana, Cheryl, Lee, and David; nine great grandchildren, Makenna, Hunter, Addison, Austin, Haiden, Kaiya, Ryder, Jaxon, and Jennavive. She is also survived by two sisters, Elizabeth and Nell Serediuk. Mary was constantly surrounded by loving, caring family and friends. She regularly visited A&W for coffee with friends, her family was always paying visits, and the Krakalovich household door was always open to visitors. It was rare to find a time when someone wasn’t visiting. Mary was originally born in the Ukraine and moved to Pelly, SK when she was very young. She helped her loving husband Peter raise two wonderful children. She thoroughly enjoyed traveling and her and Peter travelled around North America, including multiple round trips via Vanagon throughout the United States. She worked with Peter to grow and manage a successful gravel hauling/bobcat contracting service. She was a devoted homemaker, mother, and wife. Mary and Peter were married June 20, 1948 and had 60 happy years together. Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Avonhurst Pentecostal Assembly, 3200 Avonhurst Dr., Regina, SK.
