Obituary of Tina Kabatoff

Tina Kabatoff June 23, 1923 – March 16, 2017 Mom has peacefully left this earth leaving to grieve her absence are sons and daughters Peter (Denise), Phillip (Lucy), Ken (Barbara), Malvina Hiltz, Evelyn (Carman) Whyte and Darlene Kabatoff; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren; sister Mary Kiszka and many nieces and nephews. Tina was predeceased by her husband Nick and young grandson Kenny; her parents Sam and Polly; brother Mike Katelnikoff; sister Lena Koolick and Alic Korolchuck; son in law Alfred Hiltz; brothers in law Joe Kiszka and Gus Koolick. Mom was born on the family farm in Marcelin. She married her sweetheart Nick and they farmed together for awhile then moved to Saskatoon to start a landscaping business. They enjoyed their retirement years together in Saskatoon. Mom passed away peacefully with family at her side at 4:30 pm on March 16, 2017. To respect Mom’s wishes no funeral will be held. A family gathering to celebrate her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Regina Humane Society. The Kabatoff family would like to thank all the staff at Sunset Nursing Home for treating mom with care and respect and assisting in a dignified passing. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone.
