Nancy Naomi Sano It is with profound sadness that we announce Nancy’s passing on Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the age of 52. Nancy was born on March 26, 1964 in Regina. She was predeceased by her parents, Kanematsuo Ken Sano and Fusako Florence Sano (nee Tsujimoto); sister Joyce Sano; brothers, Dennis, Gary, Regan, Robert “Bob”; as well as several relatives in Toronto and Japan. Nancy is survived by her loving family, brothers Glen, Brent and Brian; special friend Yvonne Fournier, all of Regina; sister-in-law Debbie Sano (nee Gushulak) and her family of Atikokan, ON; as well as several other aunts, uncles and cousins in Ontario and Japan. Nancy attended Douglas Park, Wetmore and Campbell Collegiate Schools. She worked at the Cosmopolitan Learning Center for over 20 years as well as at Regent Park Safeway for 3 years. Cremation has taken place. Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave., Regina, SK with Rev. Jim Balfour officiating. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations to the Cosmopolitan Learning Centre. Special thanks to Regina EMS, Regina Police Service and the Saskatchewan Coroner’s Office.
