Peter Kubiak
On Sunday, November 6, 2016, Peter Kubiak passed away at the age of 69 years surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by Janina, his loving wife of 44 years; mother Wanda Kubiak; brother Walter (Dianne) Kubiak; son Robert Kubiak; two daughters Deanna (Jamie) Clark, Elaina (Javon) Kubiak; grandchildren Jordan and Alix Kubiak, Connor Clark, nieces and nephew, Angela, Michelle and Christopher as well as extended family in Poland. Peter was predeceased by his father Felix Kubiak. Viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 with Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Parish, 2275 Atkinson St., Regina, SK. Flowers gratefully declined. Friends so wishing may make donations in Peter’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.
