Tyler is also survived by his parents-in-law Peter and Lorna Bear (Flying Dust); sisters-in-law Keilita and Jacinta Bear; brothers-in-law Anthony (Bronti) and Terrance Bear; and all of his Ironchild, Nahnepowisk and Obey families.

Tyler had a big heart, he was very helpful and respectful to those he came across in his lifetime. He was a very loveable person. Tyler enjoyed telling jokes that would put a smile on your face and make you laugh. He really loved his common-law wife and only son and daughter. Tyler appreciated spending time with his family, especially close brothers, sisters and cousins at family gatherings. He took great pride in attending and participating in Traditional Ceremonies.
