I have many good memories growing up with your family across the road, your Mom & Dad were always very kind to me and I often think of them, thinking of you and your family,
I am sad to lose my friend Shirley. I first met her at Wascana Rehab. She became our unit clerk. Always so calm and competent. A warm and friendly person to everyone.
We spent many happy times with a group of great friends. Hiking. Celebrating life's special moments together.
I will miss her warmth and friendship and will cherish her memory.

Every time I have carrot cake I think of Shirley. When she was in Puerto Vallarta with my sister Edith years ago we went to a coffee shop and Shirley and I shared a piece of carrot cake. She was such a sweet lady. I will miss her.
