Obituary of Alice Edna Hameluck

Alice passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. She is survived by her son Rod (Shirley) and only grandchild Kristen.  Alice was predeceased by her husband Harry; parents; and nine siblings.

Alice was born at Duval on January 1,1931 and attended school there. On July 23, 1954, she married Harold Hameluck of Regina. Alice was a homemaker and loved tending her garden, cooking, baking, sewing, and most of all, entertaining.

Harold and Alice enjoyed many vacations including trips to Atlanta, Michigan, Germany, Hawaii and a Caribbean cruise. 

One of Alice’s greatest joys was her granddaughter Kristen. They spent a lot of time together. Grandma would do pretty much anything Kristen wanted. Alice will be remembered for her kindness and generosity to others. She was deeply loved and will be missed by her family and friends. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Harvest Haven for the excellent care and compassion provided to Alice during her stay there.

A Graveside Service for Alice will be held at a later date. Donations in Alice’s memory may be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, 3510 Queen Street, Regina, SK S4S 2G2.
