Obituary of Douglas Warren Stack

On Friday, March 29, 2024, Douglas Warren Stack peacefully passed away at the age of 78. He is survived by his children Gaylene (Sheldon) Dmytriw, Troy (Julia) Stack, and Tara (Mike) Kerr; as well as his seven grandchildren: Breanne, Jared, Kaysha, Jacob, Anna, Samantha, and Benjamin, who always brought him immense pride. Doug is also fondly remembered by numerous relatives and friends, including his former wife, Kathy. A Private Family Memorial will be held to honor his memory. The family wishes to express heartfelt gratitude to the dedicated staff at Sunset Extendicare in Regina for their kindness, compassion, care, and support during Doug's residency.
