Obituary of Fran Crisci

Please share a memory of Fran to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with great sadness and sorrow that the family of Frances “Fran” Jane Crisci announce her sudden passing on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, three days short of her 58th birthday.  Fran suffered a fatal heart attack while in hospital.  She is survived by her daughter Jenna (Josh); mother Jean; brothers Douglas, Rich (Yao'Quan) and David (Danielle); forever friend and sister soulmate, Tracey; “Mommsy” Gail; chosen brother Michael; fur babies Bryndee and Georgia; as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Fran was born in Newburgh, New York and moved to Canada when she was 17.  She never really lost her New York accent and was often teased about it which she took with ease.

Fran made friends wherever she went and was always willing to lend a hand to anyone who needed help with anything. She worked in the medical field for many years, it was her true passion.  Fran loved her job at the General Hospital on 5E as the unit clerk, and truly loved her co-workers or "Work Family" as Fran often referred to them.

Fran was an extremely organized person and she loved nothing more than organizing your pantry, your linen closet, or your cupboards!  She also sold Tupperware for a few years and was generous with gifting it to friends and family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00p.m. on Friday April 5, 2024 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Avenue, Regina, SK.  Flowers are most graciously declined, but feel free to make a donation to a charity of your choice in Fran’s honour.
