Gordon, you and Maggie were like my second parents. I know I was a little pest sometimes always sitting on your back house steps waiting you to come home from work so I could chat with you and help you with the yard chores. ‘Me water’ became my popular phrase. Gordon, you always said you didn’t mind seeing me there and you even had a special water pale just for me. Our visits as adults will always be cherished. I’m glad we were able to visit with you before you passed from this world. It was nice to reminisce, hug, laugh and cry. Thanks for the good times…. Thanks for the memories. So sorry Margaret and family on Gord’s passing. So many fond memories at Heathers enjoying a meal together and playing cards and dice. Special times spent with good friends. May he rest in peace.
