Many good memories of Uncle Gordon from my younger years. Lots of time spent at the Wagner and Beatty farms with him and the girls. Mini dirt biking, well at least until we caught it on fire. Three wheelers and sleds. There was work to be done as well. Milking cows and cleaning the pig barn, hauling wood or riding along during harvest. I learned to drive stick in his grain truck. I bought my first car from him, a 75 Chevy Nova that lasted through Belinda, myself and then Pam! Sadly we grow up, priorities change and the years fly by. Thankfully, the love and the memories remain. Grateful he always welcomed us city kids so we could create these memories.
