Shirley was a devoted monarchist, and a Life Member of the Monarchist League of Canada.
We hope that her loyalty will be counted among the many memories all her family and friends will be blessed with. Her length of days which spanned the Reigns George V, George VI, Elizabeth II and now Charles III, will we trust be a comfort to all who mourn at this time, and a source of pride for many years to come.
Her loyalty now devolves to Norine, and reflects the continuing loyalty which form a part a goodly loyalty so pronounced in her life as in Shirley's.
From all the members of the League, our sympathy and best wishes to all who mourn.
