Obituary of Sheila Anne Lyons

It is with sadness that the family of Sheila Anne Lyons announce her passing on Friday, July 21, 2023 at the age of 84 years. Sheila will be remembered by her sons Jeff (Jolene) Orthner and Michael Orthner; grandchildren, Miquel (Simon) Logan and Jordan Orthner; sister Ruth (Bernie) Patallas; sister-in-law, Shirley Baker; brother-in-law Jim (Nora) Lyons; as well as several nieces, nephews and many friends. She was predeceased by her husband Bernie Lyons; first husband Bill Orthner; parents Athol and Alfred Baker; brothers Doug (Meryl) Baker and Ken Baker; sister-in-law Ann (Dwayne) Schwartz; brother-in-law Charlie (Jean) Lyons. The family would like to thank and acknowledge the staff at Parkside Long Term Care Home for the wonderful care they provided to Sheila during her battle with Alzheimers. At Sheila’s request, no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Regina Humane Society.
