Obituary of Emma (Rosetta) Griffin-Warwicke

Emma (Rosetta) “Rose” Griffin-Warwicke passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the age of 81 at Santa Maria Senior Citizen’s Home, Regina, SK.

Rose was a loving wife, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was predeceased by her husband Phillip (2014); son John (2013); parents; and brother. Rose has left to mourn son Donald (Jacquie) Griffin-Warwicke; daughter Brenda (Darryl) Smith; grandkids Jeff, Jennifer and Rae-Lyn Smith; great-grandchildren Brielle Murray and Declan Lalonde-Smith; brothers and sister Ellsworth, David, and twin Mary; as well as many other in-laws and lifelong friends.

Everyone who knew Rose knows that she was loving, caring, kind, and had a heart of gold. She loved to travel and spend time at the family-built cabin on Diefenbaker Lake. Rose will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her, but the memories will remain forever.

Mom/Grandma will be forever loved and missed. We are so grateful for the full life she lived. Special thank you to the staff at Santa Maria for the past nine years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Santa Maria Senior Citizen’s Home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 615 Sakuhikan Drive, Mistusinne, Diefenbaker Lake.
