Obituary of Wendy Ann Forsberg

Wendy passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from heart failure at age 54. Wendy is survived by her parents, Don and Gaileen; brother Trent (Lee-Ann Hoeft); niece Sianna; nephews Hayden and Paxton Forsberg; and great-nephew Waylon Schultz. She was predeceased by her grandparents, Ray and Mary Forsberg and Lloyd and Anna Brown; and aunt Marilyn Pollock, who was like a sister.

Wendy spent all her life in Regina. She graduated from Robert Usher and went on to Kelsey Institute to obtain her diploma in Early Child Education. Wendy worked for 36 years at three different daycares. The children in her care were her life. She also worked 10 years part-time at Wal-Mart, dairy department, Rochdale store. Wendy, in her early years, enjoyed playing ringette and soccer. While playing soccer she got to go to London, England to participate in a tournament. She was a clown called "Strawberry", where she performed at many children's festivals and birthday parties.

A Celebration of Wendy’s Life will be held at 11:00 on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at  Such and Surf n Stuff Wellness Centre,1818 McAra St., Regina, SK.
