Obituary of Amanda Pearl Rowe

It is with overwhelming sadness the family of Amanda Rowe (nee Toporowski) announce her sudden passing along with her unborn child on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the age of 32 years. Amanda passed away at home with her loving husband by her side.

Amanda is survived by her best friend and husband Matthew; parents Randell and Helen Toporowski; sisters Alana and Alyssa Toporowski; and grandmother Doris Toporowski.  Amanda will be lovingly remembered by Matthew’s mother Janice and brother Andrew; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins across Canada. Amanda was predeceased by her Grandpa Toporowski; Grandpa and Grandma Bartus; as well as numerous extended family members.

Everyone who knew Amanda, knew of her unconditional love for all animals; especially her two “fur babies”, Sadie and Javi.  Amanda was a nurse and will be remembered by countless friends and colleagues, far too many to list, but who have all expressed their sorrow at her passing.

There will be a Celebration of Amanda’s Life held at the Serbian Club on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.  All who knew and loved Amanda are invited to attend.  If there is a particular memory, story or picture you wish to share there will be an opportunity to do so at the Celebration of Life.
