Howard Elgin Parr
Howard Elgin Parr (86) passed away peacefully in his wife’s arms on Thursday, July 21, 2016. He is survived by his wife of 64 years Anne, his children Bill, Kathy, Jim and Marg and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 29, 2016 at Broadway United Church, 105 Broadway Ave., Regina, SK
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Saskatchewan.
