Obituary of Elliott Andrew Lawrence Peters

It is with sadness that the family of Elliott “Drew” Peters announce his passing on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the age of 30 years. Elliott was born in Montego Bay, Jamaica, and became part of the Peters family, along with Garrett, in February 1993.

Although his life was far too short, Elliott experienced many things. He got to grow up with siblings, to live both on a farm in rural Saskatchewan and in Regina. To be a Sea Cadet, to be part of a family and a church family, and to live in Canada! His goofy, fun-loving sense of humour and his wonderment of the world brought us joy. Our family will never be the same without him. We are so thankful to God that he was, and always will be, part of our family.

Elliott is survived by his father, Arley Peters; mother, Mavis Peddie-Peters;

and siblings Melissa Peters, Garrett Peters, Paige Peters (Kameron) and Carrie (Troy) Vann.

A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 13, 2023 at Celebration Church, 3130 E Renfrew Cres, Regina, SK. Everyone is welcome to share in a time of refreshments following the service. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK.
