Obituary of Trinidad Canillo Melendres

It is with sadness that the family of Trinidad Canillo Melendres announce her passing on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at the age of 89 years.

Trinidad is lovingly cherished by her children Susan, Sonia, Manuel Jr., Soledad, Sylvia, Mario and Milo; grandchildren Victoria, Brian, Mitch, Phil, Stef, Mark, Sophia, Miguel, Emil, Shauna, Kenneth, Kaitlyn, Brielle as well as 15 grandchildren in the Philippines; and in-laws Lito, Lisa, Ella, John and Camille. She was predeceased by her loving husband Manuel Melendres Sr.; granddaughter Sky Lenore Regina Pilapil; parents Apolinar Canillo and Felomina De la Peña; and six siblings, Damian, Mansueta, Genoviba, Wenona, Fedrico, and Ceasar.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Holy Rosary Cathedral, 3125 13^th Avenue, Regina, SK.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her daughter Sonia Melendres.
