Scott grew up in Regina and was a long term SaskTel employee. He will be remembered by family and friends as a generous person who loved to help people. Scott’s hobbies included cooking, baking, and shopping. He will be missed by many. Scott is survived by his brothers, Brad (Bernie) Armstrong and Mark (Suzanne) Armstrong; and by his uncle Bill (Shirley) Newis. He was predeceased by his parents Joan and Gerald Armstrong.
