Sending our most sincere sympathy. Your mom was a generous and kind person who had an infectious laugh. When we had twins she was the first to offer to help in any way she could. We have great memories of frequent visits and good times when they lived in Kipling. I regret that we lost touch when they moved away. May your memories carry you through the tough times. I have known Debbie for a long time while working at the ALC and Ignite. Debbie would do anything to help. She was loyal to her friends. I was hoping that Debbie would stay with us a bit longer, but she is in a better place now and we celebrate a life fully lived.

I worked with Debbie at Ignite Adult Learning Centre for 18 years and we kept in touch after I retired. Debbie was always bringing in baking when her health was good and never forgot a birthday. She believed in Ignite and in helping all the young people who went there. We had many phone conversations solving the problems of the world and I will miss hearing her cheery voice and laugh. She was a very caring person and she will be missed.

I was absolutely devastated to hear the news of your passing, Debbie. You were a fierce friend with a full heart. You made a dream come true in the summer of '07 for this little East Coast kid who was uprooted and planted in the prairies and I'll never forget it was you who made it happen. Soar high with Terry and Casey. Know you'll be thought of often and sorely missed always. Love ya, Deb!
To the family, I'm so sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with you.
