Obituary of Chris White

Chris White “Buddha” of Moose Jaw, SK passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 at 61 years of age. His carefree spirit, warm smile, and kind heart would touch the soles of many. Chris will be sorely missed by all 

Chris will be remembered for his knowledge of farming, mechanics, and stealing his brother’s cherry pies. Chris spent the majority of his time out on the farm, no matter how busy he was, Chris would always find the time to help someone in need. Whether it be his family or his neighbors, he was always there. 

Chris married Donna Windover in 2002, and along with the children became an instant dad, he cherished every precious moment with Matthew and Meagan taking them on trips to the farm and tractor rides. As a grandfather, Chris enjoyed taking his granddaughter to school daily and spending time spoiling the kids. 

Chris had a passion for family, pets, Heinz ketchup and cherry pie. He enjoyed family gatherings, a good two step, coffee with friends, casino trips and card games. Chris always had a smile and a story for everyone he met. 

Chris  leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Donna; sons Matthew (Ainsley) and Chris; daughter Meagan (Matthew); grandchildren Jasper, Mazie, Aubrey, Carter, Noah, Sophia and William; parents Harlan and Eileen; sisters Vicky and Anita; brothers Morris (Leah) and Wes (Shelly); sister-in-law Wanda; nephew's Daniel (Sidny), Jesse (Alyssa), Matthew (Andie), Kolby (Taneal), Kelton (Kristen), Dustin and Dallyn; nieces Danielle and Lauren; as well as many other relatives. He was predeceased by his mother Gloria; and brothers Anthony and Herbert.

Chris was a very kind and loving person that will be dearly missed by all.

A Funeral Service will be held at Victory Church, 637 Main Street North, Moose Jaw, SK on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
