I met Bart for the first time nearly 50 years ago when I was just a kid. He's one of about a dozen people who have left an indelible mark on my life. Our lives moved on, we went in different directions but I thought of him often, he made a difference. My condolences to his family and friends, i know he will be missed.

Even through our brief interactions, Bart's personality shone; such a funny and sweet man. The neighbourhood will miss your presence. Rest in Paradise.
