Fay Phyllis Missal October 2, 1921 – June 15, 2016 Fay passed away on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at the age of 94. Born October 2, 1921 on a farm north of Lang to Carl and Esther Talbott; and grew up on the farm at Lang. Married childhood sweetheart Herb and they farmed near Lang until 1975 when they moved into Lang. Fay enjoyed being a member of the Helping Hand Club for many years and helping out with many tasks and activities at St. John Lutheran Church where she taught Sunday school for several years. She moved to Regina in 1992 and moved into the Bentley in October of 2010 until her passing. Fay was predeceased by her husband Herb; parents Carl and Esther Talbott; daughters Denise and Elaine; brothers Raymond, Ross, Pat, Chet and sisters Doris and Jean; brothers-in-law Tom Baldock, Ern Missal, Tom Miller; sisters-in-law Joy Talbott, Ruth Talbott, Betty Talbott. She is survived by sons Dwayne (Leeann) and Richard (Alvena); grandchildren Orinda (Ryan) McCann, Tereena (Dave) Hannan, Aaron (Crystal), Sheri (Doug) Gibson; 7 great grand-children; sisters June and Carol; sister-in-law Lornie Talbott; brother-in-law Art (Hilde) Missal; numerous nieces, nephews, friends, special companion Bill Gerhardt; dear friends Heather Broderick, Bernice Knouse and Connie and George Watson; six God children Bill Missal, Susan Moon, Laurie Ridgeway, Sonja Stone, Gary Miller and Gail Miller, who were very dear to her. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Ave., Regina, SK with Rev Dennis Hendrickson officiating. An interment of ashes will take place at a later date in Lang Cemetery. A special thank you to the staff at Wascana Grace Hospice.
