Obituary of Gord Bernhardt

On Monday, March 14, 2022, Gordon Henry Bernhardt gained his Angel wings. Gord was an amazing man who loved to make people laugh, and spent a lot of his time outdoors, hunting and fishing. He spent most of his years living in Regina working for the Hotel Saskatchewan; a retail clothing store, Pearlman’s; driving semi (most memorable with his nephew, Jack); and as a pest control technician. Gord had a love for music and always talked fondly of the times he played in a band, The Toe Tickling Trio, with his brother, sister and son. 

Gord’s memories will always be cherished by his son Mike (Samantha); granddaughter Nevaeh; brother and sisters: Rose, Tillie and Joe (Mary); and extended family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents George and Mary; sisters Annie, Theresa and Joan; brother Little Joe; and brothers-in-law Rennie and Dave. 

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at St. Cecilia Roman Catholic Church, 5020 7th Avenue Regina, SK. Donations to assist with funeral expenses will be gratefully accepted. E-transfers can be sent to michael.bernhardt@hotmail.com.
